Elizabeth ★★★★★

Banana flavor tastes like a milkshake without the sugar crash, and the bottle fits right in my backpack for lunch at the office. I grabbed a four-pack because I never have time to cook midday, and it actually keeps me full until dinner.

The chocolate flavor is genuinely filling — one bottle keeps me going through a long afternoon without the usual 3pm slump. Having a complete meal ready in the fridge has honestly changed my workday routine.

The banana one tastes like a milkshake, which makes it feel like a treat rather than a chore. I keep a bottle in my bag for those 3pm slumps when I can't grab real food, and it genuinely fills me up until dinner.
