The rice and quinoa actually hold up in the pouch, so the texture feels like a real meal rather than a sad powder shake. I've been swapping it for lunch on busy days and it's ready in about four minutes, which is a lifesaver when I'm between meetings.
Always thought meal replacement had to be sweet, but the rice and quinoa base with herbs actually gives it a proper home-cooked texture. Takes me maybe four minutes from kettle to bowl and I'm genuinely full until dinner.
I was skeptical that anything this quick could be filling, but the rice and quinoa mix keeps me full for hours at my desk. Ready in five minutes flat, I've already made it three times this week.
