The chocolate flavor mixes up super smooth with just water, no clumping at all. I've been using it for lunch when I'm slammed at work and it actually keeps me full until dinner without the afternoon crash.
The vanilla flavor dissolves almost instantly in my shaker with just water, no clumps stuck to the bottom. I've replaced two rushed breakfasts this week with it and stayed full right up until lunch, which is exactly what I needed for my schedule.
The chocolate version mixes up thick and smooth with just water, no blender needed, and keeps me full through a long afternoon of back-to-back meetings. It's become my easiest way to hit proper nutrition without thinking about it.
