Bubuk

The shaker it comes with is a nice touch, and I honestly can't believe how full I feel after just one scoop mixed with water for lunch. It's become my go-to when I'm too busy to cook, and the taste has grown on me over the past week.

Mixing this with cold water takes about thirty seconds and I’ve got a full meal that actually keeps me full for four hours. The protein-carb balance is spot on for my lunch break without the post-meal slump.

The shaker that comes with it seals properly with no leaks, which is a big deal when you're shaking it in a work bag on the train. Mixing two scoops with cold water takes about ten seconds and keeps me full through the afternoon slump.
