Proteína Completa

The EAA content is the real standout here—it actually beats whey per gram, which I didn’t expect from a plant-based snack. I’ve been using it post-workout and the mix of complete nutrition plus protein feels like a solid two-in-one. Definitely my go-to when I’m short on time.

I’ve tried a lot of plant proteins, but the fact that this one packs more EAAs per gram than whey actually sold me. It’s been my go-to after lifting, and I feel like I’m not missing out on anything nutritionally. The sustainability angle is a nice bonus, too.

The texture mixes up smoother than most plant proteins I've tried, which makes it easy to sip after a workout. Knowing the EAAs stack up better than whey per gram sealed it for me.
