Hannah ★★★★★

The two scoops keep me full through my entire afternoon shift, which is the main reason I bought this. Mixing it with just water and a shaker takes me under a minute, so there's no excuse to skip a proper meal.

Victoria ★★★★★

Took it to the office for lunch and it kept me full through the 3pm slump without the usual crash. The vegan formula is a real plus for me, and the powder doesn’t clump in the shaker.

Miles ★★★★★

The powder mixes up smoothly in about 20 seconds with just a shaker, and one serving keeps me full through my whole afternoon of back-to-back meetings. I've swapped out three lunches this week and haven't felt the usual 3pm crash, which is saying something for a meal replacement.
