I’ve been relying on this for my 7am gym sessions, and it genuinely keeps me full until lunch without that heavy feeling. The vegan ingredient list gives me peace of mind about my sustainability goals, and the powder mixes thick enough to feel like a real meal.

The powder dissolves in about 20 seconds with just a shaker, which is huge for my mornings when I'm racing out the door. I've swapped it for my usual desk lunch and actually feel full until dinner without that heavy, sluggish afternoon crash.
